Access the Onhand portal and find your way around.
Sign in
- Go to onhandagent.com/portal.
- Enter your Username and Password. Your username is the name your manager (or Onhand) set when adding you.
- Tick Keep me signed in on a device only you use.
Forgot your password?
There's no self-service reset yet. If you're a viewer, ask a manager on your team to set a new password for you in Team. If you're a manager, contact Onhand.
Finding your way around

Viewers see only Chats and Live inbox. See Team and roles.
Your profile
Open your profile to set the Name and Chat avatar customers see next to your replies, and to switch between light and dark theme.
