How to test

  1. Save firstThe Playground answers from your last saved content and guidance.
  2. Ask like a customerUse real questions from emails, calls, or your support inbox, including vague and misspelled ones.
  3. Fix the sourceIf an answer is wrong, find the content that caused it and correct it, or add a Q&A with the right answer.
  4. Ask againRepeat until the answers are right, then keep those questions as answer tests.
